Reference Letter Requirements

Dear CTIS students;
Regarding your reference letter requests from me, please keep in mind that you satisfy one or more of the conditions below:

• you have taken at least one course from me and passed the course with a minimum grade of B+.
• you have been my advisee for at least 6 semesters.
• I have supervised a senior project of a team you were a member of:
• your team has fully completed the requirements of the project,
• you passed the course with a minimum grade of B.

If you are eligible for a request, remember that you should send an email to me clearly identifying the following:

• The details of the above requirements (course/project, semester, grade).
• The details of the institution you are applying (URL, etc.).
• Application intention (graduate study/professional career).

Moreover, pay attention to the following crucial issues:

• Last minute letter requests will not be accepted: make your request at least 20 days before you need the letter submitted.
• If your letter request is accepted by me, try applying to the institution's online reference letter submission system (if there exists any).
