Erkan Uçar, PhD

Bilkent University

Currently works at Bilkent University as the chair of the department of Information Systems and Technologies (CTIS). He holds BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering (Bilkent University) and PhD in Information Systems (Middle East Technical University). His research areas are information systems, cloud computing, software development outsourcing and artificial intelligence. Over the years he has lectured on fundamentals of information systems, coding, data structures, software outsourcing, and database management systems at undergraduate level.
